1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Orders placed on or after December 20, 2025 will not be processed or shipped until regular operations resume on January 2, 2026. During this time, customers may experience extended processing and delivery times.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Flat shipping rate of $15 per order is charged at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 (before tax). This offer is automatically applied at checkout.

We partner with Canada Post to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
7. Delays and Exceptions
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, or carrier delays. We do our best to keep you informed if any issues arise.
